    Wedding Coordination Services Include:

    Comprehensive Timeline Management

    Creation and management of a detailed timeline for the wedding party and all vendors.

    Coordination of vendor arrival times, setup, and service schedules to ensure seamless flow throughout the day.

    Full coordination and direction of the wedding rehearsal, as needed.

    Guidance for the wedding party and officiant to ensure everyone understands their roles and timing.

    Day-Of Coordination (From morning until 9–10 PM or Completion of Scheduled Activities)

    On-site management from setup through key events (e.g., ceremony, cocktail hour, reception).

    Ensuring the entire day runs smoothly and on schedule.

    Troubleshooting any unforeseen issues discreetly and efficiently.

    Providing personal assistance to the couple as needed.

    Cueing important moments such as speeches, dances, cake cutting, and grand entrance/exit.
